Our workouts include interval treadmill routines, strength training utilizing plyo-boxes and free weights that are proven to ramp up your metabolism. You'll switch between 3 stations: 1) a non-motorised treadmill, 2) a plyo-box for plyometric exercises and 3) a free-weight station.
Our studio provides boundary-pushing High Intensity classes featuring exceptional, world-class trainers. They teach powerful, rhythm based classes that inspire, change bodies and ultimately change lives.
Our first studio is housed in the Metropool Building on Weesperstraat. The changing facilities, design and cold-pressed juice bar are all dedicated to give you that wow feeling.
